Top Winter Wedding Flowers

Viburnum Tinus Berries
Darkly beautiful with their unusual inky blue colour. These little beauties add a delicate winter touch to wedding designs. I particularly love them in bouquets and boutonnieres.
Berried Ivy
I love a good forage in the hedgerow for these guys. Ivy berries are a wonderful way of adding a winter feel to wedding florals. They add a lovely natural detail. The dark glossy green ivy leaves are beautiful too. I use them in table arrangments and larger displays.
Skimmia
Another wonderful winter berry. Skimmia are available in a lovely muted red or pale green. I love to use them to add a flash of colour and an extra detail in large arrangements and table centre pieces.
Hellebore
So beautiful with their delicate nodding heads. A gorgeous open winter flower and also available as a frilly double petaled variety. I love the deep dark maroon colours, soft muted pinks and stunning whites. I add them to bouquets and table centre vases.
Scabious Seed Heads
Wonderful for adding an interesting texture and shape to bouquets and vases. I adore the perfectly round shape. The dusky tone looks wonderful with more soft and muted colour palettes.
Paperwhites
Daintly little beauties. They are highly scented and gorgeous to add to vases and bouquets. Paperwhites add a delicate, elegant detail to winter florals and so are wonderful for giving a natural seasonal feel. They are part of the narcissus family and so related to the daffodil.
Anemone
Beautifully elegant blooms. Anemones are one of my favourites (I had them in my wedding bouquet). Delicate, open petals. I like to use the white and pastel varieties for winter designs. The dark centres give them a delicately striking look.
Heather
A beautifully textural flower. They are available in lovely white tones, pretty pale pinks and also deep pinks. They add a lovely delicate detail to winter floral designs. I love to use them in buttonholes and bouquets.
Ranunculus
These little darlings. Perfectly delicate, tissue paper like petals. They come in a rainbow of colours from deep dark burgundy, softest pale pink through to beautiful bright yellow. I love to use them in winter bouquets, boutonnieres and table centres.
