I am delighted to share Reshinaa and Nicks stunning wedding flowers at Goldney House. A wonderful pastel mix of seasonal spring flowers. The floral designs had natural, relaxed and romantic style. You can feel the fun and joy of this beautiful wedding.
Their Floral Style
I loved working with Reshinaa and Nick on their wedding flowers. They wanted natural, relaxed flowers to really add a beautiful touch to their day. We first met at their beautiful venue – Goldney House. This really helped me get a feel for the relaxed and abundant look they wanted for their floral designs.
Personal Flowers
We discussed natural, whimsical florals with a relaxed feel. I created an abundant bridal bouquet for Reshinaa with a beautiful organic shape with smaller posies bridesmaids. Informal boutonnieres for Nick and his ushers.
Wedding Ceremony Flowers
For their outdoor ceremony I created a wonderful moon-gate with large urn arrangements in luxurious spring flowers. Along with styling from The Planning Lounge this created a lovely, emotive backdrop to the wedding ceremony.
Wedding Reception Flowers
I adore providing wedding flowers at Goldney House. Reshinaa and Nick held in their reception in the stunning Orangery. Reshinaa and Nick chose what I call a layered look for their table centres with a mix of High and low floral designs. I created 2 large elevated flower arrangements to add a statement and help fill the space. I placed low footed bowls of seasonal spring flowers on the other tables. They looked so elegant and filled the space beautifully.
A low cascading floral arrangement gave the top table a wow factor. The urns from the ceremony were placed on pedestals to frame the table and create a beautiful backdrop.
The Flowers
I loved putting together the mix of blooms for this lovely wedding. Reshinaa & Nick were happy for me to guide them on colour. I chose a beautiful pastel mix and added some dusky lavendar tones. This colour palette looked so beautiful with the seasonal flowers that are available in April. Beautiful roses, carnations and delphiniums gave an abundant luxurious feeI to the wedding flowers . I added beautiful spring detail with butterfly ranunculus, lilac and clematis . Spray roses and oxypetalum created and elegant feel. I added movement with scabious and beautiful foliage to give a wonderful natural shape.
